We’re looking for a Semi Senior Architect/Designer to join one of our incredible US-based clients. In this Full Time role, you’ll be working side-by-side with senior architects to bring to life ground-up commercial and educational facilities from schools to university buildings. What you’ll do:
- Prepare comprehensive architectural construction drawings and technical details using Revit.
- Support the design and development of commercial and educational (K-12 and higher education) facilities.
- Collaborate closely with senior architects to solve design challenges and meet project parameters.
- Interpret and apply International Building Code (IBC), accessibility codes, and local regulations to all projects.
- Maintain consistency in notation language and documentation, aligned with project specifications and standards
- Assist in preparing miscellaneous architectural items using AutoCAD when needed.
- Review project references and examples to ensure consistency and high-quality deliverables.
What you must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- 5 years of professional experience, specifically in commercial and educational facility projects.
- Strong proficiency in Revit; AutoCAD experience is a plus.
- Solid understanding of construction documentation and detailing.
- Strong knowledge of building construction, IBC, and accessibility standards.
- High attention to detail, especially in maintaining consistent notation styles and language.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, collaborative attitude.
- An advanced level of English.
