What you will do

Assist in the development and refinement of architectural drawings and layouts based on initial sketches.
Use AutoCAD for layouts, elevations, and general architectural drawings.
Model architectural elements in Rhino, focusing on design, spatial relationships, and materiality.
Support the design and construction of millwork, detailing, and building out individual pieces.
Create 3D visualizations of spaces to explore different configurations and spatial experiences.
Collaborate closely with the lead architect to ensure design integrity and effective project execution.

What you'll need to know

A degree in Architecture or a related field.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD & Rhino for architectural design and modeling.
Experience in 3D modeling and visualization (e.g., Enscape).
Knowledge of concrete frame structures and renovation projects is a plus.
Ability to work independently, managing tasks from concept through completion.
Experience with New York projects is preferred but not mandatory.
BIM experience is a plus, though not essential.
