Do you enjoy crafting highly detailed drawings and bringing high-end residential designs to life? We’re looking for a Semi-Senior Architect to work remotely with our client, an architectural firm that specializes in luxury residential design. Their projects range from full apartment renovations to ground-up custom homes across the Hamptons, NYC, Seattle, California, and Miami. This is a part-time, remote opportunity with the potential to transition into a full-time role, and you’ll need to be available to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST). Apply today!

What you will do:

Produce detailed construction and permit drawings for high-end residential projects using AutoCAD.
Develop complete drawing sets including plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
Support design development under the guidance of senior architects and designers.
Prepare client and internal presentations using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, and related tools).
Assist with project coordination, incorporating markups, redlines, and revisions into drawing sets.
Collaborate remotely with the project team to ensure design intent and technical accuracy.
Contribute to occasional 3D modeling or rendering tasks using 3ds Max or similar tools.
Maintain drawing quality, consistency, and adherence to office drafting standards.
Help track project updates and deadlines to support smooth project delivery.

What you'll need to know:

A degree in Architecture
At least 3 years of experience working on high-end residential projects.
Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD.
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, and related tools).
Familiarity with 3ds Max or similar 3D modeling/rendering software.
Advanced English level.
Strong understanding of construction documentation and residential detailing.
Excellent drafting, organization, and time management skills.
A proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented mindset.
