What you will do

Collaborate with architects and designers to produce accurate and detailed construction drawings and permit documentation in Revit.
Prepare and coordinate door schedules, finish schedules, and lighting layouts
Ensure compliance with South Florida building codes and standards.
Coordinate with MEP, electrical, and plumbing consultants to ensure fully integrated documentation.
Develop drawing sets based on company standards and previous project templates.
Work independently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and quality.
Communicate effectively and integrate seamlessly with the Client’s team.

What you'll need to know

A degree in Architecture
3 + years of professional experience in architectural drafting and documentation.
Experience working on commercial projects, preferably in South Florida.
Advanced Revit proficiency .
Solid understanding of building codes, technical detailing, and documentation standards.
Experience producing complete CD sets from schematic design to permitting.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.
