We’re looking for a Semi-Senior Architectural Drafter to collaborate remotely with our client, a high-end architecture studio based in Utah. This is a full-time opportunity, and you’ll need to be available to work during Pacific Standard Time (PST). Apply today!

What you will do

  • Develop and manage detailed Construction Document (CD) sets using Revit.
  • Translate design intent into high-quality, accurate architectural drawings and details.
  • Maintain documentation standards and ensure clarity and precision at every phase of development.
  • Collaborate closely with the Principal Architect and Operations Manager to coordinate deliverables and timelines.
  • Communicate with consultants and ensure compliance with codes, technical requirements, and EHD’s luxury standards.

What you'll need to know

  • A degree in Architecture
  • At least 3 years of experience in architectural drafting and construction documentation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit .
  • Experience with AutoCAD, Rhino, and rendering tools (Lumion, D5, or Enscape).
  • Solid knowledge of BIM workflows.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office (including Excel).
  • Excellent understanding of building codes, detailing, and documentation standards.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach to work.
  • An advanced English Level
