Are you detail-oriented and passionate about bringing design concepts to life through precise documentation? We’re looking for a talented Semi Senior Drafter to join one of our clients based in California. This is a Part-Time opportunity to work on renovation of country club buildings in Thousand Oaks California. Availability to work in Pacific Standard Time (PST) is required.

What you will do

Develop existing AutoCAD floor plans, elevations and sketchup model
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality project documentation.
Ensure drawings meet U.S. building standards and project requirements.
Support the architectural team in the production of technical drawings and coordination.

What you'll need to know

A bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
3 years of experience in AutoCAD production and architectural documentation.
Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD & Sketch Up.
Solid understanding of U.S. construction documentation standards.
Advanced English skills.
