Are you a skilled Landscape Architect who thrives in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments and enjoys working on large-scale, experience-driven destinations? We are looking for a Semi Senior Landscape Architect to support one of our clients based in Florida, working full time on a growing pipeline of themed entertainment and cruise destination projects. This is a Full Time position with availability to work aligned with Eastern Time (ET) is required. Apply now!

What you will do

  • Support landscape architecture and planning deliverables from Concept through SD, DD, and CD phases across multiple programs.
  • Work on cruise destinations, island developments, and themed entertainment environments, coordinating production and fast design iterations as client decisions evolve.
  • Assist with site planning, circulation, guest experience layouts, and amenity planning for large-scale destinations.
  • Coordinate documentation standards, file organization, and iterative review updates within established workflows.
  • Contribute to visualization workflows, including model coordination and rendering support when needed.
  • Stay adaptable and responsive to shifting priorities, tight deadlines, and parallel projects.
  • Work under strict confidentiality requirements with limited shareable project assets.

What you'll need to know

  • Professional experience in Landscape Architecture, Planning, or related fields.
  • Strong production skills, speed, and attention to detail under deadline pressure.
  • Ability to collaborate smoothly within large corporate structures and distributed teams.
  • Experience using: Revit (central to key programs, including cruise-related work), AutoCAD and Civil 3D for day-to-day production, SketchUp for modeling and studies, Twinmotion for visualization workflows and Adobe Creative Suite for presentations and support materials
  • Advanced English communication skills.

A great plus

  • Experience with themed entertainment, cruise destinations, or island development projects.
  • Background in hospitality, resort, urban design, or entertainment-driven environments.
  • Comfort supporting niche design environments and highly specific client expectations.
