Are you a detail-oriented Revit modeler who can move fast without losing coordination quality? Do you enjoy jumping into active projects, organizing files, and helping teams hit tight deadlines? Our Texas-based client, an interior design firm, is looking for a Semi Senior Revit Modeler to provide immediate remote support on a fast-paced office interior fit-out project. This is a flexible remote opportunity, with availability to work Central Time (CT) preferred.

What you will do

Convert an existing CAD plan set into a coordinated, well-organized Revit model.
Support an interior-only office fit-out project (~47,000 SF across two floors) inside an existing tilt-wall building.
Model architectural interior elements, including: Walls and doors using specific wall types: Ceilings (mostly drop-in, with select specialty or open-to-deck areas), Millwork, Office restrooms, including partitions and fixtures.
Produce Revit-based renderings for three key areas: lobby, showroom, and one conference room (including finishes, furniture, lighting, ceilings, etc.).
Keep the Revit file clean, structured, and ready for coordination with another design firm and other disciplines.
Work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and coordination standards.
Communicate clearly and proactively within a fast-moving project environment.

What you'll need to know

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
Strong Revit modeling experience focused on commercial interiors and office projects.
Ability to work quickly without sacrificing accuracy or coordination quality.
Experience rebuilding or translating CAD drawings into Revit models.
An advanced English level
Comfort working under NDA and following strict confidentiality requirements.
Immediate availability, with the ability to ramp up quickly once the CAD background is issued.

A great plus

Availability to support ongoing Revit updates throughout the project lifecycle.
Experience improving Revit setups, templates, and libraries to increase long-term workflow efficiency.
