We are currently looking to hire a part-time Senior Architectural Designer to join one of our client’s teams and support luxury single-family residential projects for the U.S. market. This role is ideal for a designer with refined design sensibility, strong technical skills in Revit and SketchUp, and proven experience producing high-end residential documentation. This is a fully remote, part-time position integrated into a boutique architecture and interiors studio based in Boulder, working on projects across various U.S. markets.

What you will do

  • Support luxury single-family residential projects through design development and construction documentation.
  • Produce and coordinate architectural drawings in Revit, including floor plans, sections, and elevations.
  • Develop 3D models in both Revit and SketchUp to support Schematic Design and Design Development phases.
  • Prepare full CD sets, including permit packages for submittal to local authorities and documentation for general contractors.
  • Assist with design iterations in SketchUp and contribute to the refinement of high-end residential concepts.
  • Collaborate closely with the internal design and production team throughout project development.
  • Maintain clear, timely, and consistent communication with the internal team.
  • Manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality standards in a fast-paced boutique studio environment.
  • Provide regular updates and meet agreed-upon milestones across all project phases.

What you'll need to know

  • A degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in luxury single-family residential projects in the U.S.
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit and SketchUp.
  • Proven experience in construction documentation, design development, and built high-end residential work.
  • Experience preparing permit sets and CD packages for general contractors.
  • Strong construction knowledge and the ability to develop detailed documentation sets.
  • Refined design sensibility paired with technical strength.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Autonomy, proactive mindset, attention to detail, and a collaborative attitude.
  • Clear, proactive, and consistent communication.
  • Advanced English level.

A great plus

  • Proven built work in U.S. luxury residential projects.
  • Experience working in boutique studio environments.
  • Familiarity with the Boulder market or other high-end U.S. residential markets.
