What you will do

Develop detailed construction and schematic designs for healthcare projects in New York.
Create and manage accurate models using AutoCAD and, ideally, Revit.
Ensure designs align with New York’s healthcare project standards and regulations.
Incorporate FGI Guidelines for the Design and Construction of healthcare facilities into project workflows.
Produce high-quality deliverables that support construction and design phases.

What you'll need to know

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit experience is highly preferred.
Previous experience working in healthcare projects.
Familiarity with the FGI Guidelines for Design and Construction of healthcare facilities (a plus).
Excellent technical and organizational skills to manage complex modeling tasks.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with project stakeholders.
A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving and project execution.
An advanced English level.
