Are you skilled in Architect & Modeler? Do you have experience working on construction design and schematic design? We are looking for a talented Senior Modeler to collaborate remotely with our client, a New York-based leading firm. You should be available to work Eastern Standard Time (EST) for this part-time opportunity. Apply today!

What you’ll do:
- Develop detailed construction and schematic designs for healthcare projects in New York.
- Create and manage accurate models using AutoCAD and, ideally, Revit.
- Ensure designs align with New York’s healthcare project standards and regulations.
- Incorporate FGI Guidelines for the Design and Construction of healthcare facilities into project workflows.
- Produce high-quality deliverables that support construction and design phases.
What you must have:
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit experience is highly preferred.
- Previous experience working in healthcare projects.
- Familiarity with the FGI Guidelines for Design and Construction of healthcare facilities (a plus).
- Excellent technical and organizational skills to manage complex modeling tasks.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with project stakeholders.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving and project execution.
- An advanced English level.
