Senior PM Architect (Full Time, Texas)

Are you a highly experienced Senior Project Manager Architect who thrives on complex, large-scale commercial projects? Do you have an exceptional eye for detail, deep technical expertise, and the confidence to act as a true right hand to senior leadership? We’re looking for a Senior PM Architect to join one of our clients based in Texas on a full-time basis. You must be available to work in Central Standard Time (CST).

What you will do

  • Act as a senior technical and project leadership partner, serving as a “right hand” on a large commercial office project.
  • Lead and oversee the project from Schematic Design (SD) through Design Development (DD) and Construction Documents (CD).
  • Perform quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) across all project phases and deliverables.
  • Create and review detailed architectural drawings, ensuring technical accuracy and constructability.
  • Manage and coordinate the full execution of the project, ensuring alignment with schedule, budget, and quality standards.
  • Prepare and review:
    – SD, DD, and CD sets including floor plans, sections, and elevations
    – Construction Documents for General Contractor review
    – Permit sets for submission to local authorities
  • Ensure compliance with Texas building codes and local regulations.
  • Identify risks, anticipate issues, and proactively resolve technical and coordination challenges.
  • Lead internal coordination and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams as needed.
  • Maintain direct, day-to-day collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure project success.

What you'll need to know

  • A degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • 7+ years of professional experience in architecture and project management.
  • Strong background in commercial office projects.
  • Proven experience managing projects across all phases, from design through construction documentation.
  • Advanced expertise in Revit.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce and review high-quality architectural details.
  • Solid understanding of construction processes and architectural execution.
  • Familiarity with Texas codes and permitting processes.
  • Experience working in the U.S. architectural industry is a strong plus.
