About this job

Are you a senior-level Project Manager with a strong architectural background and a team of drafters ready to take on high-end, large-scale projects? If you have experience leading luxury developments this role is for you. In this full-time position, you will lead and coordinate a team of drafters while overseeing premium architectural projects for a Florida-based firm. Availability to work during Eastern Time (ET) is required.

What you will do

Lead and manage a dedicated team of drafters, ensuring high-quality deliverables and smooth daily coordination.
Oversee the development of detailed 3D models and Construction Documents for high-luxury, large-scale projects.
Manage projects across all phases (SD, DD, CD), with a strong focus on precision, quality, and efficiency.
Act as the main point of contact with the client, maintaining clear, proactive, and professional communication.
Take ownership of project quality, minimizing rework through strong attention to detail and clear direction.
Proactively identify improvements, corrections, and process optimizations within the project and team dynamics.
Ensure deadlines are met while maintaining the highest standards expected in luxury architecture.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

What you'll need to know

+10 years of experience as an architect.
Advanced proficiency in Revit.
Strong experience developing Construction Documents and high-detail 3D models.
Advanced English level.
An established team of drafters ready to work under your leadership.
Solid experience working in US projects
Background working on high-end / luxury projects such as:Luxury hotels, premium residential complexes, clubhouses and recreational spaces or high-end interior projects.
Proven experience leading teams and managing client-facing communications.
High level of autonomy and accountability for project quality and delivery.
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Advanced English level.
