About this job

Are you an experienced project manager or architect? Do you already collaborate with a trusted junior drafter? Do you have strong graphic and presentation skills? You and your drafter will work together on the schematic design documentation for two projects with our client, a California-based architectural firm. Both you and your drafter should be available to work in the Pacific Standard Time (PST) zone.

What you will do

Oversee projects from inception to completion, maintaining a strong focus on detail and quality throughout all phases: SD, DD, CD.
Demonstrate autonomy in decision-making and problem-solving to drive projects forward.
Ensure deadlines are met.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to streamline project processes.

What you'll need to know

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
Understanding of the use of standard workflows, guidelines, and checklists.
An established junior drafter to work with who is ready to hit the ground running.
A track record of successfully managing teams and delivering architectural projects on time and within budget.
+10 years of experience as an architect.
+3 years of experience as a project manager or coordinator.
An advanced English level.
