We are looking for a Semi Senior Community Manager to support multiple businesses based in the Bahamas. What you will do

  • Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to each brand’s voice, goals, and audience.
  • Manage and grow social media accounts for multiple Bahamas-based companies.
  • Create engaging written content aligned with each brand’s identity and communication style.
  • Conduct market and audience research to inform content decisions and campaign ideas.
  • Plan and manage content calendars using tools like Monday and Metricool.
  • Design and implement campaigns aimed at increasing audience growth and engagement.
  • Monitor performance metrics and optimize strategies based on insights and results.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster active communities.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and best practices, especially within Meta platforms.

What you'll need to know

  • 3+ years of experience managing social media accounts for brands or businesses.
  • Strong writing skills in English with the ability to adapt tone across different brands.
  • Experience developing content strategies focused on audience growth and engagement.
  • Solid understanding of Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) and their tools.
  • Experience analyzing metrics and translating data into actionable improvements.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and meet deadlines.

A great plus

  • Experience working with multiple brands or managing diverse accounts simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with tools like Monday and Metricool.
  • Background in international markets or tourism-related industries.
