Are you a creative marketer who loves bringing ideas to life through great design, fresh copy, and well-organized social media planning? We’re looking for a Semi Senior Marketing Assistant to join one of our clients based in the Bahamas. You’ll support multiple brands remotely, creating eye-catching content, writing engaging copy, and ensuring everything runs smoothly across platforms.

What you will do

  • Write catchy, engaging copy for social media posts, reels, and campaigns.
  • Schedule and organize content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others), ensuring everything goes live on time.
  • Edit short videos and reels for social media.
  • Keep content organized and consistent: track what’s done, what’s scheduled, and what’s next.
  • Collaborate with leadership and proactively bring new, creative ideas to the table.
  • Use tools like ChatGPT and social media scheduling platforms to streamline your workflow.
  • Help track basic performance metrics when needed

What you'll need to know

  • 3+ years of marketing and design experience (experience managing multiple brands is a big plus).
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Experience using Canva.
  • Familiarity with ChatGPT and social media scheduling tools.
  • Strong copywriting skills for short-form, engaging content.
  • Highly organized and proactive: someone who ensures things are scheduled, published, and tracked on time

A great plus

  • Experience designing sites in Wix.com.
  • Understanding of LinkedIn content creation and engagement.
  • Basic knowledge of social media analytics and Meta metrics.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients across different industries with agility and creativity.
