What you will do

  • Design creative and trend-driven content (graphics, reels, and posts) for multiple brands across industries.
  • Create, edit, and schedule content for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others), ensuring consistency and alignment with current trends.
  • Write engaging copy for posts, reels, and campaigns that capture attention and drive engagement.
  • Support website design and updates using platforms like Wix.com.
  • Use Canva and Adobe Suite to develop marketing assets such as brochures, presentations, and digital campaigns.
  • Coordinate and schedule posts across platforms, ensuring content is delivered on time and accurately.
  • Monitor design consistency across channels, flagging and correcting inconsistencies as needed.
  • Provide support with basic video editing for reels and social media clips.
  • Assist in tracking social media performance and reporting key metrics when needed.
  • Collaborate with leadership and stay proactive in bringing new ideas to the team.

What you'll need to know

  • 3+ years of marketing and design experience (experience managing multiple brands is highly preferred).
  • Strong graphic design skills with a solid portfolio of social media content.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and schedule content effectively across platforms.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Familiarity with Canva, ChatGPT, and social media scheduling tools.
  • Strong copywriting skills for short-form, engaging social media content.

A great plus

  • Knowledge of Meta metrics and social media analytics.
  • Ability to handle multiple clients in different industries with agility and creativity.
