What you will do

  • Assist the Marketing Manager in creating and posting social media content to maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Help create and manage website content updates, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Organize and maintain marketing materials such as brochures, case studies, and presentations.
  • Coordinate and submit entries for industry awards.
  • Collect and update Project Fact Sheets from Project Managers.
  • Provide administrative support for the Marketing Manager as needed.
  • Assist in gathering project details and developing/supporting proposals.
  • Maintain and organize proposal-related files, documents, and databases
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors for services such as photography, printing, or proposal support.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of the team and organization.

What you'll need to know

  • 3+ years of marketing experience (experience in the AEC industry is highly preferred).
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
  • Strong writing and grammar skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and meet tight deadlines.
  • 2+ years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office 365, Google Suite & social media platforms.
  • CRM experience.

A great plus

  • Experience with Pipedrive, Deltek Vantagepoint, or PandaDocs.
  • Outlook knowledge for scheduling.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools and best practices.
  • Experience with marketing platforms such as Google Analytics or Google Ads.
