What you will do:

Assist the Marketing Manager in creating and posting social media content to maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
Help create and manage website content updates, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
Organize and maintain marketing materials such as brochures, case studies, and presentations.
Coordinate and submit entries for industry awards.
Collect and update Project Fact Sheets from Project Managers.
Provide administrative support for the Marketing Manager as needed.
Assist in gathering project details and developing/supporting proposals.
Maintain and organize proposal-related files, documents, and databases
Coordinate with third-party vendors for services such as photography, printing, or proposal support.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of the team and organization.

What you'll need to know:

3+ years of marketing experience (experience in the AEC industry is highly preferred).
Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
Strong writing and grammar skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and meet tight deadlines.
2+ years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office 365, Google Suite & social media platforms.
CRM experience.

A great plus:

Experience with Pipedrive, Deltek Vantagepoint, or PandaDocs.
Outlook knowledge for scheduling.
Familiarity with SEO tools and best practices.
Experience with marketing platforms such as Google Analytics or Google Ads.
