What you will do

Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the studio’s brand, culture, and visual identity.
Collaborate closely with the Creative Director (photographer and graphic artist) to create cohesive, high-quality content.
Create content to build social media presence
Plan and manage content calendars to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Repurpose existing photo and project assets to create compelling posts, stories, reels, and campaigns.
Optimize content to take advantage of seasonal opportunities, especially during the winter low season.
Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build an active online community.
Research trends, hashtags, and best practices to keep content fresh and competitive.
Support the development of digital campaigns to showcase residential landscaping projects and larger-scale work.

What you'll need to know

3+ years of experience managing social media for brands or businesses.
Strong visual sensibility and understanding of design-driven content.
Excellent written communication skills in English.
Experience creating content strategies focused on growth, engagement, and lead generation.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

A great plus

Experience working with architecture, landscaping, construction, or design-focused studios.
