Yes. If your project doesn’t have an existing BEP, your BIM manager develops one based on your firm’s standards, the owner’s requirements, and the project scope. If you have an existing template, they adapt and implement it. Either way, the BEP is owned and enforced by your BIM manager throughout the project.
Do they work in BIM 360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud?
Yes. Both platforms are standard for our BIM management talent. They set up and administer your project environment, manage document and model publishing workflows, and maintain folder structure and permission settings throughout the engagement.
How do you handle a consultant that consistently delivers non-compliant models?

On larger projects both roles exist simultaneously. On smaller projects, a senior modeler with coordination experience can cover both.
