What seniority levels are available?
We place mid-level (3-5 years), senior (5-8 years), and staff-level (8+ years) talent. For production work, mid to senior is the most common fit. For architectural and lead roles, we recommend staff-level. We help scope the right seniority during the initial call.
How is this different from Toptal, Turing, or other developer marketplaces?
