What stacks do your developers work with?

As part of your team. Your developer reports to your engineering lead, attends your standups, works inside your sprint cycle, and uses your tools and processes. BetterPros is a staffing partner, not an agency that delivers projects end to end.
What seniority levels do you place?
We place mid-level developers (3-5 years), senior developers (5-8 years), and staff-level engineers (8+ years). We don’t place junior developers, the screening and time-to-productivity equation doesn’t work at that level for most clients. We help you scope the right seniority during the initial call.
Can they own features end to end, or do they need close direction?
Depends on seniority. Mid-level developers work well with clear specs and engineering lead support. Senior and staff developers own features end to end, from technical design through deployment, under your team’s standards. We match seniority to the autonomy your engagement needs.
Can they work with AEC firms building custom tools?

How is intellectual property and code security handled?
IP rights are assigned to your company through the contract. Code access goes through your standard provisioning (GitHub, GitLab, or your repo platform), MFA, and role-based permissions. BetterPros does not store your code on our infrastructure.
Can I start with one developer and add more later?
Yes. Most engagements start with one developer focused on a specific feature area or product domain and grow from there. There are no minimum team sizes and no long-term commitments.
What if the developer isn't the right fit?
We replace them at no additional cost. Engineering fit is specific: your stack, your code style, your team’s communication, your roadmap. If the match isn’t right after onboarding, we find someone who fits better.
