BetterPros is a talent solutions firm headquartered in Florida, USA. Our mission is to connect architecture, engineering, construction, and other professional firms in the United States and Canada with vetted contractors based in Latin America.

We operate as a service intermediary — not as an employer or staffing agency in the traditional sense. Contractors who work through our platform are independent service providers, not employees of BetterPros or of client firms.

2. Scope of these terms

These Terms apply to:

  • Client firms that use BetterPros to source and engage contractors
  • Contractors who apply to and participate in BetterPros engagements
  • Use of this website and any successor or associated BetterPros domains is subject to these Terms. BetterPros will not be responsible for any actions, representations, or data submitted through unofficial or unauthorized domains.

3. Use of the website

Permitted use

You may use this website to learn about our services, submit inquiries, complete intake forms, and engage with BetterPros for legitimate professional purposes.

Prohibited use

You agree not to:
  • Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law
  • Scrape, copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content without prior written consent from BetterPros
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or databases

5. Services and engagement model

For client firms

When you engage BetterPros to source talent, you are contracting for a service — the identification, vetting, and presentation of qualified contractors for your review. BetterPros acts as the entity responsible for administrative and contractual management of the contractor relationship.

Clients do not enter into an employment relationship with contractors. All service arrangements are structured as contractor engagements, and BetterPros acts as Employer of Record where applicable, managing compliance, payments, and contractor administration.

 

For contractors

By submitting an application or profile through BetterPros, contractors consent to the collection and use of their professional information for matching and vetting purposes. Contractors represent that all information submitted is accurate, complete, and does not infringe on any third-party rights.

Contractors are independent service providers. BetterPros does not guarantee placement or a minimum volume of work.

 

No employment relationship

Nothing in these Terms or in any engagement facilitated by BetterPros creates an employment relationship between the client firm and the contractor, or between BetterPros and any contractor, unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.

6. Accuracy of information

BetterPros makes reasonable efforts to ensure the information on this website is accurate and up to date. However, we make no warranties — express or implied — regarding the completeness, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of any content on this site.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or remove content at any time without prior notice.

7. Third-party links and resources

This website may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes. BetterPros does not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party site. Accessing third-party links is done at your own risk.
