What you will do

  • Perform complete electrical design and engineering for residential and commercial projects.
  • Prepare electrical power and lighting plans, including riser diagrams, panel schedules, and electrical load calculations.
  • Conduct Electrical Coordination Studies using SKM Power Tools.
  • Create detailed schematics and layouts using AutoCAD.
  • Review submittals and respond to contractors’ RFIs.
  • Attend meetings with clients, architects, and developers to understand project needs and deliver outstanding solutions.
  • Address and respond to building department comments during the permitting process.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to meet project specifications, schedules, and milestones.

What you'll need to know

  • 5+ years of experience in electrical design for residential and commercial building projects in the United States.
  • Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and experience applying it to real-world projects.
  • Proven ability to perform electrical load calculations, design power and lighting plans, riser diagrams, panel schedules, and Electrical Coordination
  • Studies (using SKM Power Tools).
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD for creating and reviewing electrical system drawings and schematics.
  • Advanced English level.
