We’re looking for a Semi-Senior Architect to collaborate remotely with our client, a leading residential architecture firm based in Florida. This is a full-time opportunity, and you’ll need to be available to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST). Apply today!

What you will do

  • Develop and produce complete Construction and Permit Document sets from Design Development (DD) drawings using Revit.
  • Prepare accurate and detailed drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and construction details (walls, windows, doors, and materials).
  • Ensure design intent is fully translated into buildable and code-compliant documentation.
  • Incorporate materials, assemblies, and product specifications into all relevant drawings.
  • Coordinate with structural, MEP, and civil consultants to maintain integrated and accurate documentation.
  • Update drawings based on consultant markups, revisions, or layout changes.
  • Verify compliance with building codes and local zoning requirements, assisting with permit submissions, responses, and revisions.
  • Maintain clarity, accuracy, and consistency in sheet organization, dimensions, annotations, and office drafting standards.
  • Conduct quality control checks prior to milestone submissions to minimize errors.
  • Manage deadlines, deliverables, and communication with the Project Architect or Project Manager throughout the permit and construction phases.

 

What you'll need to know

  • A degree in Architecture
  • At least 3 years of experience working on residential projects.
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit.
  • Advanced English level.
  • Strong understanding of construction documentation, technical detailing, and code compliance.
  • Experience coordinating with consultants and managing drawing revisions.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • A proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented mindset.
