We’re looking for a Semi-Senior Architect to collaborate remotely with our client, a leading residential architecture firm based in Florida. This is a full-time opportunity, and you’ll need to be available to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST). Apply today!

What you will do

Develop and produce complete Construction and Permit Document sets from Design Development (DD) drawings using Revit.
Prepare accurate and detailed drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and construction details (walls, windows, doors, and materials).
Ensure design intent is fully translated into buildable and code-compliant documentation.
Incorporate materials, assemblies, and product specifications into all relevant drawings.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and civil consultants to maintain integrated and accurate documentation.
Update drawings based on consultant markups, revisions, or layout changes.
Verify compliance with building codes and local zoning requirements, assisting with permit submissions, responses, and revisions.
Maintain clarity, accuracy, and consistency in sheet organization, dimensions, annotations, and office drafting standards.
Conduct quality control checks prior to milestone submissions to minimize errors.
Manage deadlines, deliverables, and communication with the Project Architect or Project Manager throughout the permit and construction phases.

What you'll need to know

A degree in Architecture
At least 3 years of experience working on residential projects.
Advanced proficiency in Revit.
Advanced English level.
Strong understanding of construction documentation, technical detailing, and code compliance.
Experience coordinating with consultants and managing drawing revisions.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
A proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented mindset.
