Are you a skilled modeler with solid experience in Rhino, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D? We’re looking for a BIM Specialist Civil 3D to join one of our clients based in Florida. This is a full-time remote position, and you must be available to work in Eastern Standard Time (EST). Apply now!

What you will do

  • Develop precise and detailed 3D models using Rhino.
  • Produce and edit technical drawings and plans in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
  • Collaborate with design and architecture teams to support ongoing project needs.
  • Translate conceptual designs into accurate models and construction-ready documents.
  • Ensure models and drawings align with project standards and design intent.
  • Support coordination and integration of modeling tasks with other disciplines.

What you'll need to know

  • 3+ years of experience as a modeler or designer using Civil 3D.
  • Strong understanding of 3D modeling workflows and drafting standards.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality models on tight deadlines.
  • Solid communication skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Advanced English level.

A great plus

  • Experience in Landscape projects
  • Experience working with COGO points, parcels, GIS, topography, and InfraWorks.
