Are you a skilled modeler with solid experience in Rhino, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D? We’re looking for a BIM Specialist Civil 3D to join one of our clients based in Florida. This is a full-time remote position, and you must be available to work in Eastern Standard Time (EST). Apply now!

What you will do

Develop precise and detailed 3D models using Rhino.
Produce and edit technical drawings and plans in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
Collaborate with design and architecture teams to support ongoing project needs.
Translate conceptual designs into accurate models and construction-ready documents.
Ensure models and drawings align with project standards and design intent.
Support coordination and integration of modeling tasks with other disciplines.

What you'll need to know

3+ years of experience as a modeler or designer using Civil 3D.
Strong understanding of 3D modeling workflows and drafting standards.
Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality models on tight deadlines.
Solid communication skills and a proactive attitude.
Advanced English level.

A great plus

Experience in Landscape projects
Experience working with COGO points, parcels, GIS, topography, and InfraWorks.
