Do you enjoy shaping large-scale developments and bringing complex masterplans to life through detailed Revit models and permit-ready documentation? Are you a technically strong Revit Architect with experience in industrial or mixed-use projects? We’re looking for a talented Revit Architect to support a development project in the Bahamas, combining warehouse, self-storage, light industrial, and retail components.

This is a part-time remote opportunity, ideal for someone independent, detail-oriented, and confident in both site planning and technical documentation.

What you will do

Refine and develop an existing masterplan based on client feedback and site conditions.
Design a mixed-use layout including warehouse, self-storage, industrial, and retail components.
Integrate and adapt existing structures into the new development (renovation and reuse).
Develop 3D models and visualizations to clearly communicate the proposed project.
Produce a full set of architectural drawings required for Building Permit submission.
Ensure all documentation complies with local codes, zoning, and development regulations in the Bahamas.
Coordinate site access, circulation, parking, and fencing within the masterplan.
Collaborate closely with the client and implement feedback throughout all project phases.

What you'll need to know

Proven experience as a Revit Architect in industrial, warehouse, or mixed-use developments.
Strong proficiency in Revit for modeling and documentation .
Advanced English proficiency.
Experience with site planning and large-scale developments.
Ability to produce permit-ready Construction Document sets independently.
Experience with 3D modeling and rendering tools (Lumion, Twinmotion, Enscape, or similar).
Strong understanding of spatial planning, circulation, and functional design.
Excellent technical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work remotely, manage deadlines, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
