What you’ll do:
- Manage administrative duties.
- Set up meetings and manage an agenda.
- Manage email responses and follow-ups.
- Lead client correspondence.
- Handle customer inquiries and issues.
- Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns.
What you must have:
- Proven work experience as an executive assistant.Â
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- An advanced English level.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- A fully committed, proactive, and self-driven personality.
A great plus:
- Knowledge of Quickbooks.
- Previous experience working for the US.
