We currently need an organization-savvy superstar to step in and keep things running smoothly for our US-based client during a temporary leave. This is a temporary replacement position covering leave days. We need coverage for 3 weeks (June 15th – July 3rd) on a part-time basis.

What you will do

  • Work directly with the Office Manager on a variety of tasks including scheduling, correspondence, filing, data entry, mail handling, and supply ordering.
  • Assist team members during the various stages of office operations such as preparing meeting materials, coordinating travel arrangements, and verifying expense reports are complete.
  • Guide visitors, clients, and new hires on office procedures and front-desk protocols.
  • Manage the calendar and contact database, and address any discrepancies that may arise.
  • Keep organized records and ensure smooth day-to-day office flow.

What you'll need to know

  • +2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar support role.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • An Advanced English level.
  • Gorilla-strong organizational skills.
  • Groundbreaking proactivity and attention to detail.
  • Availability for the full duration of the coverage period (June 15th – July 3rd).

A great plus

  • Knowledge of Adobe Suite, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks.
