What you will do

  • Lead and own the commercial and sales strategy for the company.
  • Design and implement a comprehensive sales approach (inbound, outbound, or hybrid).
  • Analyze, identify, and connect with the company’s target audience to ensure accurate segmentation.
  • Build and manage relationships with partners, strategic allies, and the business ecosystem.
  • Define the short- and long-term resources needed for growth (tools, software, etc.).
  • Refine and implement the company’s value proposition and sales pitch.
  • Manage and nurture leads, converting them into long-term clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and smooth communication.
  • Represent the company with professionalism and a strong presence in every interaction.

What you'll need to know

  • Fluent, polished English (written and spoken).
  • Proven sales experience, ideally within architecture, construction, property management, or real estate.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • A proactive, empathetic, persistent, and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Experience using CRMs, project management tools, and LinkedIn for lead generation.
  • Professional presence with the ability to build trust.
  • Prior experience with GoHighLevel or HubSpot preferred.
