Are you a talented 3D Visualization Artist who enjoys bringing large-scale architectural projects to life through immersive, high-quality visualizations? We’re looking for a 3D Architectural Visualization Artist to join a Florida-based client focused on large-scale master planning and area development projects. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity supporting architectural modeling, realtime rendering, and VR-capable visualization workflows across multiple platforms.

What you will do

Support the Architectural Visualization team on large-scale master planning and area development projects, including buildings, landscape, and overall site visualization.
Develop 3D models in Revit and Rhino to support design development and construction documentation phases.
Federate large-scale models in Revit and coordinate cross-software workflows.
Develop landscape and master plan scenes in D5, applying materials, textures, and environmental elements.
Produce quick renderings during Design Development and high-quality renders during the Construction Documents phase.
Create high-quality static renders, walkthroughs, and VR-capable visualizations using Unreal Engine.
Perform Photoshop post-production, including color correction, composition, and visual enhancements.
Handle cross-software model coordination, conversion, and simplification for optimal performance.
Collaborate closely with design teams to develop visual assets aligned with project vision and standards.
Implement feedback and revisions efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency.
Support the creation of presentation-ready visual content for client and stakeholder deliverables.

What you'll need to know

3+ years of experience as a 3D Architectural Visualization Artist, Visualizer, or Renderer.
Experience working on large-scale developments, master planning, urban design, hospitality, or architectural visualization studios.
Advanced English level with strong communication skills.
Strong proficiency in Revit, including modeling and federating large-scale models.
Strong proficiency in Rhino for architectural modeling.
Experience using D5 for landscape and master plan scene development.
Proficiency in Unreal Engine for the creation of final renders and VR-capable walkthroughs.
Advanced Photoshop skills for post-production workflows.
Deep understanding of lighting, materials, textures, and composition.
Ability to produce both quick renders and high-quality, photorealistic images.
Strong attention to detail and visual quality.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
Adaptability to different styles, software, and project requirements.

A great plus

Previous experience in large-scale developments, hospitality, urban design, or master planning projects.
Experience with cross-platform visualization workflows and federated model coordination.
Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to propose creative visual solutions.
Familiarity with fast-paced, iterative workflows in design and visualization environments.
Collaborative mindset and experience working closely with multidisciplinary design teams.
