What you will do

Lead master planning and large-scale site planning efforts for an international project.
Develop zoning analysis and land-use planning strategies.
Create conceptual massing studies and circulation strategies.
Produce high-quality, client-ready site planning graphics and presentation boards.
Ensure strong urban design sensitivity across all planning proposals.
Collaborate directly with a U.S.-based principal throughout the design process.
Contribute to architectural services deliverables including site plans, watercolor renderings, and croquis.
Support landscape-oriented planning initiatives and coordinate design intent accordingly.

What you'll need to know

5+ years of experience as an Architect with strong master planning expertise.
Proven experience in large-scale master plans.
Good English level with client-facing communication abilities.
Advanced skills in AutoCAD.
Strong background in zoning analysis and land-use planning.
Proficiency in Rhino and/or SketchUp.
Strong command of Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) with outstanding graphic ability.
Revit proficiency is a plus but not mandatory.
Experience working on international projects
Middle East experience is a plus
Strong design and graphic communication skills.
Comfortable working directly with U.S.-based leadership.
