Are you highly proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Enscape? Do you have solid experience producing architectural drawings during the Design Development and Construction Documents phases? Can you turn redlines and design intent into accurate, well-coordinated sets of plans? We are looking for a detail-oriented Architectural Modeler to collaborate remotely with our client, an architecture firm based in Maryland that serves institutional and commercial clients, working on projects that include new free-standing churches, church renovations, academies and grade schools, and college buildings.
You will play a key role in developing and coordinating architectural drawings throughout the SD, DD, and CD phases, while also creating 3D SketchUp models and renders that elevate design presentations.
