We’re looking for a Remote AutoCAD Drafter to join our client’s team, providing production and basic modeling support for residential and home staging projects. What you will do

  • Provide AutoCAD-based drafting support for residential and staging-related projects.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain 2D drawings, including floor plans, sections, and elevations (SD through CD phases).
  • Assist with basic 3D modeling tasks in SketchUp as needed.
  • Translate redlines and client feedback into clear, accurate, and production-ready drawings.
  • Organize and maintain drawing files, ensuring clarity and consistency across deliverables.
  • Support ongoing revisions and adapt to existing workflows and project requirements.
  • Collaborate with the client to stay aligned on scope, timelines, and expectations.
  • Contribute to basic visualization or rendering tasks to enhance presentations.

What you'll need to know

  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (main requirement) and AutoCAD Architecture.
  • Solid experience with SketchUp for basic 3D modeling.
  • Proven experience working on residential (single-family) projects.
  • Advanced English level.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work in a remote environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and efficiency in production tasks.
  • Reliability and ability to meet deadlines in a short-term, project-driven engagement.

A great plus

  • Experience with visualization and rendering tools such as Enscape, Lumion, or V-Ray.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator for presentations.
  • Experience supporting SD phases (3D modeling, sketches, watercolor concepts) through DD/CD documentation.
  • Exposure to home staging or similar project types.
  • Experience with additional 3D or modeling tools.
