We’re looking for a Project Manager Architect and a skilled Production Team to join our client in California. This is a full-time opportunity aligned with Pacific Standard Time (PST). What you will do

Take ownership of existing CAD files and implement major changes to plans, elevations, sections, and roof height calculations.
Carefully carry over all notes, tags (doors, windows, keynotes), and dimensions to ensure accuracy in updated plans.
Update and refine project documentation to meet permitting and construction requirements.
Collaborate with the client to ensure all revisions are executed with precision.

What you'll need to know

A degree in Architecture
Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Previous experience working on residential projects.
Advanced English level.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently, ensuring no information is overlooked.
