What you will do

Lead the transition to Revit workflows, including BEP development, folder and access structure, and model auditing.
Monitor and maintain BIM standards and processes throughout project lifecycles.
Ensure organized project data, folder hierarchies, and access rights for all team members.
Collaborate with project teams to support consistent and efficient BIM deliverables.
Implement improvements and solutions to optimize BIM workflows across projects.

What you'll need to know

A bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a BIM Specialist or Consultant, with expertise in Revit workflows and BIM standards.
Strong knowledge of BEP development, project organization, and monitoring tools.
Proficiency in BIM software and related tools to manage model structure and audits.
Advanced English proficiency for seamless communication and documentation.
