What you will do

  • Support a variety of institutional and commercial projects, including new free-standing churches, church renovations, academies/grade schools, and college buildings.
  • Develop and coordinate DD–CD sets of plans, including floor plans, sections, and elevations.
  • Prepare permit sets to present to local authorities and complete construction document sets for general contractors.
  • Pick up and implement redlines efficiently across SD and CD phases.
  • Assist in the preparation of drawings during the Design Development (DD) and Construction Documents (CD) phases.
  • Support the production of architectural details and technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with the internal design team to ensure drawings are accurate and aligned with project requirements.
  • Provide general drafting support across different drawing types within the DD and CD phases.

What you'll need to know

  • A bachelor’s degree in architecture.
  • 3+ years of experience as an architect or Revit Modeler.
  • Strong proficiency in Revit, with working knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp.
  • An advanced English level.
  • Proven experience producing architectural drawings and construction documentation for institutional or commercial building projects.
  • Ability to develop and coordinate architectural details.
  • High level of autonomy, strong self-management skills, and strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow project standards.
