What you will do

  • Focus primarily on Construction Document (CD) production.
  • Develop complete, coordinated CD sets including floor plans, sections, and elevations.
  • Prepare permit sets for submission to local authorities.
  • Produce Construction Document packages for presentation to General Contractors.
  • Accurately pick up and implement redlines during DD and CD phases.
  • Support office interior fit-out projects located in the U.S.
  • Ensure all documentation meets U.S. standards and production workflows.
  • Collaborate with the internal team using Microsoft Teams.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication aligned with EST (Philadelphia) working hours.

What you'll need to know

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
  • 3+ years of professional experience.
  • Advanced English level with strong verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit.
  • Strong experience developing full Construction Document sets.
  • Experience working across DD and CD phases.
  • Proven U.S. experience in office interior fit-out projects.
  • Ability to pick up redlines and deliver coordinated, high-quality documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and production-driven mindset.
  • Availability to work similar hours to Eastern Time.
  • Access to Microsoft Teams.
