What you will do

Focus primarily on Construction Document (CD) production.
Develop complete, coordinated CD sets including floor plans, sections, and elevations.
Prepare permit sets for submission to local authorities.
Produce Construction Document packages for presentation to General Contractors.
Accurately pick up and implement redlines during DD and CD phases.
Support office interior fit-out projects located in the U.S.
Ensure all documentation meets U.S. standards and production workflows.
Collaborate with the internal team using Microsoft Teams.
Maintain clear and consistent communication aligned with EST (Philadelphia) working hours.

What you'll need to know

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
3+ years of professional experience.
Advanced English level with strong verbal communication skills.
Advanced proficiency in Revit.
Strong experience developing full Construction Document sets.
Experience working across DD and CD phases.
Proven U.S. experience in office interior fit-out projects.
Ability to pick up redlines and deliver coordinated, high-quality documentation.
Strong attention to detail and production-driven mindset.
Availability to work similar hours to Eastern Time.
Access to Microsoft Teams.
