Are you a proactive Revit expert who can see the big picture without losing sight of the details? Do you enjoy working independently but understand the value of clear communication? We’re looking for a Full Time Revit Modeler to join our client, an architecture firm based in California, and support their team remotely. You must be available to work Pacific Time (PST).

What you will do

Develop and draft project models independently, especially small-scale tasks or components.
Develop projects end-to-end (SD, DD, CD).
Work with wood and steel framing systems.
Use Revit with speed, accuracy, and a deep understanding of project integration.
Collaborate through Bluebeam and BIM 360.
Review models holistically to identify inconsistencies, structural issues, or missing information.
Communicate proactively to raise red flags or validate design decisions.

What you'll need to know

8+ years of architectural experience.
Advanced Revit skills, speed and precision are a must.
Previous experience working with U.S.-based clients.
Strong understanding of how construction works, whether from on-site experience or managing full-cycle projects.
Ability to work independently while maintaining open, timely communication.
Advanced English level.

A great plus

Proficiency with Bluebeam and BIM 360.
Experience managing residential or small-scale projects from start to finish.
