What you will do

Develop detailed Revit models and produce design and construction document sets for residential projects
Ensure accuracy and consistency across all drawings and project documentation
Collaborate with the client’s team to meet project standards and deadlines
Apply local California building codes and regulations to all design documents
Work independently and manage tasks proactively

What you'll need to know

A degree in Architecture
Proficiency in Revit
Experience producing complete construction document sets for residential projects
Strong knowledge of local codes and residential architecture standards
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Self-driven attitude and ability to work autonomously
Advanced English level

A great plus

Experience with U.S. residential projects, especially in California
Familiarity with local permitting processes
