We’re looking for a Semi-Senior Architect to work remotely with our client, an architecture firm based in Georgia that focuses on high-end residential and light commercial projects. What you will do:

Develop and produce coordinated Construction Document sets in Revit for high-end custom single-family homes and commercial projects.
Translate redlines and markups into accurate, well-organized Revit models and drawings.
Prepare detailed plans, elevations, sections, and construction details that are consistent, buildable, and code-compliant.
Support partners and a Senior Project Manager across multiple active projects.
Maintain consistent graphic and technical standards across all drawing sets.
Coordinate drawings to ensure alignment between architectural elements and building systems.
Collaborate in a small, close-knit team environment with strong focus on communication and deadlines.
Occasionally support legacy projects in AutoCAD (when required).
Assist with basic 3D visualization tasks using Twinmotion or similar tools (when applicable)

What you'll need to know:

A degree in Architecture
3 + years of experience in an architectural office, focused on production and construction documentation.
Advanced proficiency in Revit for construction documents.
Strong understanding of wood frame construction for residential projects.
Solid knowledge of steel and metal stud construction for commercial buildings.
Advanced English level.
Comfortable working fully remote with strong digital communication skills.
Experience using Bluebeam or similar PDF markup tools.

A great plus:

Experience with Twinmotion or other 3D rendering / visualization software.
Experience working with AutoCAD on legacy projects.
Previous experience working with U.S.-based architecture firms.
