What you will do

  • Develop projects end-to-end (SD, DD, CD).
  • Perform modeling in Revit and BIM.
  • Prepare construction documents, drawings, and specifications.
  • Work on markups with specific attention to detail.
  • Work efficiently to meet project deadlines. The ability to work quickly without compromising quality is crucial.

What you'll need to know

  • A degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • +3 years of experience working as an architect.
  • Previous experience working on multifamily projects.
  • Experience working with Wood Frame type A.
  • Proficiency in Revit & BIM.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
