This role requires strong client-facing skills, autonomy, and the ability to lead pre-construction phases, including technical services, site visits, and coordination with architects and subconsultants. If you’re determined, organized, and eager to grow within the industry, we want to hear from you!

What you will do:

Review shop drawings, product submittals, and RFIs, preparing initial responses based on Construction Documents.
Organize, track, and maintain project documentation to ensure accuracy and accountability.
Support construction-phase communication between contractors, architects, and project stakeholders.
Prepare field reports based on architect feedback and site photos.
Assist in maintaining records logs and documentation systems.
Ensure compliance with project requirements, timelines, and industry best practices.
Manage multiple active projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.

What you'll need to know:

Experience in construction administration or a similar technical role.
Strong organizational skills and a love for detailed, methodical work.
An advanced English level.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
Proficiency in Revit for reviewing project models as needed.
Familiarity with U.S. construction documentation, terminology, and practices.
Excellent communication skills for coordinating with project teams.
Ability to analyze documentation and anticipate construction-phase needs.
