We’re looking for a Semi Senior Construction Administrator to join our team as a key partner during the construction phase. This role requires strong client-facing skills, autonomy, and the ability to lead pre-construction phases, including technical services, site visits, and coordination with architects and subconsultants. What you will do

  • Review shop drawings, product submittals, and RFIs, preparing initial responses based on Construction Documents.
  • Organize, track, and maintain project documentation to ensure accuracy and accountability.
  • Support construction-phase communication between contractors, architects, and project stakeholders.
  • Prepare field reports based on architect feedback and site photos.
    Assist in maintaining records logs and documentation systems.
  • Ensure compliance with project requirements, timelines, and industry best practices.
  • Manage multiple active projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.

What you'll need to know

  • Experience in construction administration or a similar technical role.
  • Strong organizational skills and a love for detailed, methodical work.
  • An advanced English level.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Revit for reviewing project models as needed.
  • Familiarity with U.S. construction documentation, terminology, and practices.
  • Excellent communication skills for coordinating with project teams.
  • Ability to analyze documentation and anticipate construction-phase needs.
