Are you a detail-loving drafter with a passion for interior architecture? We’re looking for a Semi Senior Interior Designer/Drafter to collaborate remotely with our client, a California-based firm. This is a flexible opportunity, You should be available to work Pacific Standard Time (PST) for this Flex opportunity. Apply today!

What you’ll do:
- Support the design and drafting process across all project phases, from concept to construction documents.
- Produce bid, permit, and construction drawing sets using Vectorworks.
- Review and redline progress sets, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare construction documents that include site plans, accessibility standards, and construction details.
- Draft millwork elevations and architectural detailing.
- Coordinate with engineering teams (MEP) and incorporate their drawings into your documentation.
- Apply California building codes to create compliant space plans and documents.
What you must have:
- A degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
- Strong Proficiency in Vectorworks and strong drafting skills.
- Hands-on experience with commercial and medical office/senior healthcare projects.
- Familiarity with California building codes and the ability to work with minimal oversight.
- Understanding of how design choices impact the user experience within built environments.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Advanced English level.
A great plus:
- NCIDQ or CID certification preferred, but not required.
- Experience with Revit or Architectural Desktop is a plus.
- Previous experience taking projects from design through construction administration.
