Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager Architect with a track record of leading architectural projects from concept to completion? Do you have strong coordination skills, team leadership experience, and the ability to manage client relationships with confidence and professionalism? We’re looking for a Senior PM Architect to join one of our clients based in Texas. This is a full-time opportunity, and you must be available to work in Central Standard Time (CST). Apply today!

This role requires strong client-facing skills, autonomy, and the ability to lead pre-construction phases, including technical services, site visits, and coordination with architects and subconsultants. What you will do

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of medium to large-scale architectural projects.
  • Manage the day-to-day work of a team of 4 architects: assigning tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring quality.
  • Identify risks, anticipate bottlenecks, and proactively solve challenges.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with quality standards
  • Prepare and lead internal check-ins and client-facing meetings.
  • Collaborate with visualization, documentation, and other cross-functional teams as needed.

What you'll need to know

  • A degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing architectural teams and leading client communications.
  • Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple project phases, from design to delivery.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Revit & AutoCAD.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience working in the US architectural industry is a plus.
