What you will do

Lead and manage civil engineering projects from concept through completion.
Oversee project teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment across disciplines.
Direct design for water & sewer systems, grading & drainage, roadways & driveways, erosion control, septic systems, and more.
Allocate resources and manage workloads based on client timelines and priorities.
Provide mentorship, technical guidance, and performance feedback to engineering team members.
Define project scopes, create accurate bids and estimates, and track budgets.
Maintain active communication with clients and internal stakeholders about project status.
Ensure regulatory compliance at local, state, and federal levels.
Collaborate closely with the in-house Survey Team.

What you'll need to know

A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
8+ years of civil engineering experience, including project leadership.
Proven experience with Civil 3D software.
Strong expertise in site development and infrastructure design.
Demonstrated ability to manage teams and complex project timelines.
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive mindset and ability to maintain client satisfaction.
