Are you an early-career Structural Engineer looking to grow your technical skills while working on impactful residential and multifamily projects? One of our Florida-based clients is looking for a Structural Design Engineer to join their team full-time, supporting residential and multifamily developments across the state.

What you will do

Develop 3D Building Information Models (BIM) and structural analysis models using industry-standard software.
Perform computer-aided and hand-calculated structural analysis and design for concrete, steel, masonry, and timber systems.
Prepare construction documents, structural plans, and details using Revit.
Coordinate structural design with architects and other engineering disciplines.
Review structural submittals and RFIs while supporting project documentation.
Assist with construction observation and special inspections, preparing field reports and documentation.
Produce organized structural calculations and high-quality engineering deliverables aligned with project standards.
Support Project Managers and Project Engineers while contributing to multiple projects simultaneously.
Track time, communicate task progress, and help maintain project schedules and priorities.

What you'll need to know

Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
Advanced English level.
+4 years of experience in structural engineering design.
Experience working on residential or multifamily projects.
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and structural analysis tools such as RAM Structural System (RAM SS).
Strong understanding of structural analysis, statics, and mechanics of materials.
Familiarity with U.S. building codes and standards, including FBC, IBC, and ASCE 7.
Knowledge of material design standards such as ACI 318 and the AISC Steel Construction Manual.
Experience designing structures using concrete, wood framing, and steel framing systems.

A great plus

Experience with RAM Concept, Enercalc, or similar structural analysis software.
Exposure to construction observation, inspections, or field reporting.
Familiarity with BIM standards and structural documentation workflows.
