Are you a fast, detail-oriented 3D Artist who enjoys creating compelling visualizations for residential projects and delivering high-quality renders? We’re looking for a Semi Senior 3D Artist to join a Texas-based client working primarily on single-family residential projects. This is a full-time position with collaboration aligned to U.S. working hours.

What you will do

Produce high-quality 3D renderings for residential (single-family) projects.
Work with SketchUp models developed in-house, refining and preparing them for final rendering.
In some cases, build 3D models from scratch based on CAD files, sketches, or design references.
Generate renderings using Enscape, V-Ray, or D5 depending on project needs.
Develop quick renders during early project stages.
Produce high-quality interior renderings during CD phases.
Focus on lighting, materials, and textures to achieve realistic and compelling visuals.
Deliver both quick renders and polished, presentation-ready renderings.
Interpret design intent and translate it into accurate, engaging visualizations.
Quickly implement feedback, updates, and revisions while maintaining quality and efficiency.
Support the preparation of visual materials for client presentations when required.

What you'll need to know

3+ years of experience as a 3D Artist, Architectural Visualizer, or Renderer.
Experience working on residential, single-family, projects.
Advanced English level with strong communication skills.
Strong proficiency in SketchUp.
Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Experience producing interior renderings and high-quality architectural visualizations.
Solid experience with rendering tools such as Enscape, V-Ray, or D5.
Ability to refine existing models or create models from scratch when needed.
Strong understanding of lighting, textures, and materials for realistic renderings.
Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and manage multiple deliverables.
Strong attention to detail and visual quality.

A great plus

Knowledge of Adobe InDesign and/or Photoshop for client presentation layouts and visual materials.
Experience producing high-quality renders for construction documentation (CD) phases.
Familiarity with presentation-ready architectural visualization workflows.
