We’re looking for an AutoCAD Production Architect to support Single Family Residential projects for a U.S.-based architecture studio. What you will do

Support Single Family Residential projects from Conceptual Design through full Construction Documents.
Develop complete, coordinated, and permit-ready drawing sets in AutoCAD.
Produce high-quality floor plans, sections, elevations, and detailed residential documentation.
Pick up and implement redlines accurately across SD, DD, and CD phases.
Assist with exterior renderings, watercolor sketches, walkthroughs, and 3D modeling during Design Development.
Prepare permit sets for submission to local authorities.
Develop Construction Document sets for presentation to General Contractors.
Translate design intent into clean, organized, and technically sound drawings.
Collaborate closely with the firm principal to support multiple ongoing residential projects.
Ensure all documentation meets U.S. residential drafting standards and production workflows.

What you'll need to know

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
3+ years of professional experience.
Proven U.S. experience in Single Family Residential projects.
Advanced English level.
Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD.
Strong experience developing full Construction Document sets.
Experience working across SD, DD, and CD phases.
Ability to pick up redlines and produce coordinated, high-quality drawing sets.
Strong attention to detail and production-focused mindset.
Ability to follow U.S. permitting and documentation standards.
