What you will do

Build and nurture long-term relationships with U.S.-based architecture clients.
Oversee the quality and delivery of work by professionals placed on client teams.
Act as the main point of contact between clients and their BetterPros teams.
Monitor team performance and engagement to ensure long-lasting partnerships.
Join client meetings to understand evolving needs and provide tailored support.
Stay aligned with professionals’ career goals and ensure they feel supported.
Collaborate cross-functionally to manage onboarding, retention, and issue resolution.
Use HubSpot to document insights and inform strategic decisions.
Recommend improvements to make our processes even better.

What you'll need to know

A degree in Architecture.
Experience working in collaborative, client-facing roles.
Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
Empathy, excellent communication, and a people-first mindset.
Familiarity with U.S.-based architecture firms and workflows.
Strategic thinking and strong problem-solving skills.

A great plus

Experience in customer success, sales, or business development in the AEC industry.
Project management skills and a detail-oriented, proactive approach.
Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot.
